Having a problem with car mode ( check this out )

Hi im a new over here and i need help about this.
I have this problem all time while im playing(riding a car) almost ... -.-
So i have NFS Most Wanted Black Edition with ENB + FERRARI MODE + PATCH 1.3 + CAR MODES and such..

*My PC config:
CPU : Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz
VGA : Nvidia GeForce GT 240 1GB DDR3
RAM : 2 GB DDR2 800 Mhz
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64.bit

Here is a screenshot of the ingame-problem that shows me(not all the time but when he wants he goes like ghost -.-'' )
